Building Supervision

During the whole construction period we are the contact person for our client. From the contract negotiation to the delivery of the ship we are there.

During the construction, Schiffstechnik Buchloh can provide supervision and consultancy services for the project as well as work in close cooperation with the yard to ensure successful project execution.

Newbuilding supervision is typically subdivided into three phases:

• Yard and supplier meetings
• Document
• control/approval/special studies
• Supervision

A professionally qualified and competent construction supervision for the new construction or conversion of a ship is a matter of course for us.

We ensure for our clients the compliance with delivery deadlines, quality standards and contract parameters. In advance we advise our clients on the drafting of contracts with the shipyard.
