Your Role On Board

  • Designing modern ship structures
  • Overseeing ship design and construction
  • Applying knowledge of current regulations and standards
  • Collaborating closely in project teams with technical draftsmen, designers, and ship theorists
  • Managing complex structural analysis tasks
  • Optimizing structures and weights in ship designs
  • Creating FEA models
  • Performing and evaluating FEA calculations

What You Bring Aboard

  • A degree in naval architecture or a related field
  • Proficiency in MS Office and common IT applications
  • Strong communication skills and team spirit
  • Fluent German (spoken and written)
  • Very good English skills (spoken and written)
  • A structured and independent working style
  • High reliability and discretion
  • Flexibility, initiative, and enthusiasm for maritime technologies
  • Professional experience in structural design or ship construction is a plus
